How to Clear Your Karmic Pattern And Why You Should Do it
What is karmic pattern clearing?
Cleansing the karmic patterns that dictate how we react to situations is called Karmic pattern clearing.
I understand the theory of Karmic Pattern Clearing and how it works, but I still have a hard time seeing how it works.
The clearing is often done by using specific tools and methods.
The ones I am describing here are just a few examples.
I have also experienced other methods.
This is not meant to be an exhaustive list.
If you want to see more of the different techniques for clearing, this article will be an excellent place to start.
Many people like karmic clearing by focusing on their goals and intentions.
This can be an excellent method for clearing.
However, I have found that it works best for me when I am in a state of non-attachment.
When I am completely free of attachment, I tend to have a more open mind about approaching the clearing.
The karmic pattern clearing often leads to the surfacing and uncovering of tendencies and thought patterns stored in our subconscious mind.
For that matter, meditation and understanding our dreams are valuable skills in managing the process.
This process involves a lot of work, but the benefits far outweigh the effort.
When we work with the karmic patterns stored in our subconscious, we experience life differently.
We can see our life as an energetic pattern.
We begin to understand the importance of what we think and how our thoughts impact our emotions.
We can also start to work through old issues that have been holding us back from our spiritual growth.
Karmic energies are neither good nor bad.
A person’s energy is just how it is; however, beliefs and influences possibly picked up when young or in some previous lives will make us regard specific ‘characteristics’ as positive or negative.
Judging people is almost automatic.
Our subconscious mind programs us.
It is a part of the brain that makes us automatically judge things without thinking about them.
The subconscious mind is mighty.
For example, when we are angry or afraid, our subconscious mind makes our body tense up, and we feel fear.
This fear causes us to act out of anger.
This is called emotional programming.
Changing our behavior is difficult because the subconscious mind controls our bodies.
Our subconscious mind is constantly looking for opportunities to cause problems.

The subconscious mind is much more powerful than we realize.
To make a lasting change in our behavior, we must be aware of our subconscious mind.
We must be mindful of what we are thinking about all day long.
Why do you continue if you do not like what you are doing?
You are creating your reality.
Your subconscious mind creates your future.
You are the creator of your future.
When you change your thinking, you can change your life.
The most powerful way to modify your thinking is through meditation.

“Energy (reaction) runs its full course for the ’cause’ to be discovered and understood.
If you’re about to do something, ask yourself, “What might be wrong with this? What might go wrong?
Suppose the latter reaction is deemed harmful or undesirable. In that case, our personality will try to ‘fix’ the situation by preventing (blocking) it from arising again.
The thing that we have now is more and more reactions, which can complicate the entire situation.
The same is true when we are dealing with emotions.
Our personality may decide that emotion is ‘bad’ and needs to be ‘fixed.’
This can also be seen as a series of reactions, leading to more feelings and even more responses until we reach a point where we cannot react anymore.
We then have a situation where we are ‘stuck.’
This is known as a ‘crisis.’ It can be challenging to deal with but is also quite common.
In this article, I will describe how we can use a simple method to deal with these crises.
The technique is based on the principle that we are all energy beings and that our emotions are forms of energy.
When we experience a negative emotion, we become ’emotional,’ and our energy flows in one direction.
When we feel good, we think ‘happy,’ and our energy flows in another direction. We can use this principle to deal with negative emotions.
A method of clearing
This is one method I use.
Once I’ve noticed my reaction/response triggered automatically, I will choose one to focus on for the remainder of the reading process.
You’re training yourself to be aware of your tendencies.
I do this when I get angry or upset.
There are many ways to define these reactions.
Write about what you think, what you’re afraid of, and how you’ve felt.
It might help if you express it.
For example, you write it down in a record book or journal.
What’s the point of doing this?
First, by defining these responses, we recognize them so they become known or conscious to our conscious self.
Expressing our karmic tendencies is essential because it enables us to uncover and eventually understand our karmic trends.
This will continue as long as someone can find it profitable to do so.
When we become emotionally charged, we lose interest in finding the root cause of the issues. This prevents us from fully understanding our karmic tendencies and hinders our spiritual growth.
Suppose you would like to see what is happening in your life from the point of view of your emotions and the energy being released by your emotions.
In that case, I suggest you keep an eye on how you feel.
If you feel happy or excited about something, you know that a lot of energy is being released in your system.
On the other hand, if you don’t feel anything, then you know that there is not much energy being released.
This is a simple way to gauge what is happening in your life.
One more thing to add, “The external situation” is “designed” to tell us something about ourselves.
We may need to “mirror” a particular situation, action, or process so others can see the same thing.
For example, when you meet a person you do not like, you want to ask yourself, “Do I have the same pattern?
This may be difficult for you to swallow, but it will be very effective in clearing your karmic strings.
Ways to clear Karma
You’re asking if there’s a quick, painless way to clear these karmas.
Dream interpretation helps us clear out our karmic patterns and achieve a clear path in our life.
Dreams reveal your unconscious and subconscious personality aspects.
Dream interpretation provides an essential clue to a person’s thought patterns.
In other words, to improve your life, you must first become aware of what’s going on in your mind and body.
There are many ways to interpret a dream.
For instance, you can ask yourself, “What am I trying to achieve?” or “Why am I dreaming this dream?”

For example, I once had a dream of being in a vast, bustling city. I was walking through the streets and looking around.
Suddenly, a huge man, about 8 feet tall, walked towards me.
He was dressed in all-black clothing and looked about 100 years old.
His face was wrinkled, and his eyes were dark and hollow.
He said something that I didn’t understand, so I ran away.
The following day, I had a strong sense of uneasiness.
I started thinking that I must be in danger.
I had a strong feeling that the man was going to harm me.
So I decided to get out of town for a few days.
I stayed with a friend who lived on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
It was a beautiful place.
There were several horses, dogs, and cats.
I felt safe and comfortable.
I have been thinking about this experience for a long time.
What did it mean?
Was I being attacked by the man?
What happened to me was not physical.
I am sure that I was not dreaming or hallucinating.
There are two possibilities: either the man was a guardian angel or an alien.
Either way, I believe that I was given a message from God.
